At Telescopes Canada, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your astronomical equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the telescope or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked carrier to our Ontario warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
